For children of all ages. We are surrounded by a rich cultural and natural heritage. The moorland plants and animals, the ancient monuments, the mining remains - all just a short walk from our homes.

Go out and explore with a camera (the one in your 'phone will do) and photograph the things that you enjoy most about our heritage. Choose the best of these pictures and send it to IMAGES@DARITE.ORG.UK together with your name, age and anything you'd like to say about your chosen picture. Closing date for entries is Monday 2013-10-14.

Your pictures will be displayed at the Village Hall on Saturday, 2013-10-26 and there will be prizes for the best of them.
